The beautiful city of Granada in Nicaragua is one of the oldest cities in the Americas and is well known for its lovingly restored Colonial architecture. Catarina is a town near Masaya, Nicaragua which overlooks the Apoyo Lagoon.  Catarina is famous for its plant growing nurseries due to the rich soil.
